The Occupational Certificate: Plumber NQF4 is designed to equip learners with the skills necessary to function effectively as plumbers. Plumbers play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of various plumbing systems, including hot and cold water supply, drainage, sewerage, and rainwater systems. This programme ensures qualified learners are proficient in installing, maintaining, testing, and repairing above-ground soil waste and vent systems, as well as sanitary ware appliances. Additionally, they possess the expertise to work on below-ground drainage systems, perform basic building work, and handle cold water, hot water, and rainwater systems.
