Construction & Site Operations
Overview
Construction and site operations form the backbone of infrastructure development across South Africa’s residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Construction sites are dynamic environments that require coordinated planning, strict adherence to safety regulations, efficient resource management, and effective communication between multidisciplinary teams.
Poor site operations can lead to delays, cost overruns, safety incidents, and compromised build quality. This short course equips learners with the foundational knowledge and practical skills required to operate safely and efficiently on construction sites.
